When the spring on my garage door snapped in the late Friday evening. I was worried that I wouldn’t find anyone who could repair it quickly. Double Time Garage Doors was responsive to the photos I sent and made my service request a priority. Miguel was kind and professional from the first phone call, and in less than an hour my garage door was fixed! I would recommend to anyone in Norwalk who seeks quality service!

Its take me a long time to finally trust someone to work on my house, especially something that could fall and hurt my family. But when I found DOUBLE TIME GARAGE it was the best thing. Arriving on time both times, MIGUEL made it to where he understood what I wanten during his consultation becouse he want right to work figuring out the problem. He explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He was polite, professional, mannered, and courteous. When it come time to do the job he did an amazing job. I would hire him for my small business as well. I would definitely recommend this company and the great team. Double bonus he speaks Spanish!! Miguel and Double Time Garage Doors came by to evaluate the ideas I had for my garage. All of the existing equipment were original to the house and 30 years old. He provided professional feedback on what would make the most sense while being cost efficient. We decided to convert the low hanging rails to a high lift set up to give us extra clearance, replace the old Craftsman chain-driven units with side mount openers, and replace our doors which rattled and began to rot on the bottoms of the doors from weather. Miguel helped us design and order the custom doors we wanted with the appropriate thermal performance for our area. When it came to the installation, everything was done perfectly and that is something special to me because I have a very critical eye to details and there is usually something I would want corrected. I am impressed and there isn't anything that caused me to take a second look. All-in-all, I went from garage doors that shook the house and motors that were clunky, to a brand new look with doors that open silently. All of the equipment is modern WiFi/App capable and that leads to a ton of convenience and in the rare times I think I may have left the door open, I can just open the app and check the status. I've been thinking about this project for a couple of years now, and glad it has been completed and Double Time was the perfect specialists to get it done.

Not only is his work excellent but he even stayed late to repair old work to make everything run that much smoother. Miguel is great and I would refer his company to anyone looking for a job well done!

Thank you Miguel for fixing our garage doors! We had some old system in our home garage, only one door worked, and Miguel noticed the other one didn’t work because the spring was broken. He said we could replace the old spring or put a new system in, with Wi-Fi control on an app to open and close the garage doors. He gave us a fair price, and we said yes and he had time the next day to install it. He came on time and worked very hard to make sure the whole system was perfect, he cleaned everything up, was very kind and knowledgeable on all garage related items.
